The team with whom you may have contact shall predominantly consist of our main fee earner and Managing Director Robert Shawyer. Robert is supported by Consultants with whom he has worked for many years and whom he may introduce to you as his assistants in any matter where their specialised input may be of benefit to you and the matter at hand.
Robert Shawyer predominantly undertakes Mediator, Conciliator, Adjudicator, Expert Determination and arbitrator appointments either directly from Parties, via their representatives or from professional or other nominating bodies within and outside the UK. However when non-contentious or contentious advice or representation is required whilst Robert shall always head up any instruction the introduction of appropriate other support from our team of Consultants may be proposed where we consider beneficial or appropriate, subject to your agreement.
In addition to the fee earning team at Robert J Shawyer limited the team is supported by in house and outsourced administrative and IT support.
