We have experienced trainers with circa 250 seminar presentations behind them on most standard and hybrid forms to the published NEC3/4, JCT, FIDIC, ICE, MF/1, GC Works, PPC, IChemE, forms and suites of Contract/Agreements. Seminars and training is provided by way of Breakfast, lunch, evening half or full day seminars or workshops. Topics covered include matters in most Construction sectors such within Civil Engineering and Building dealing with PFI, Framework, Main Contract, Sub-Contract, Consultant agreements; in respect of not least industrial, commercial, retail, housing, infrastructure, energy, maritime, gas and oil, nuclear energy, domestic, local and central government, mechanical, electrical, structural, steel and timber frame, new build and refurbishment related matters and clients.
ADR and advocacy training – The unique experience and highly qualified skill set of Robert Shawyer also enables us to provide ADR training for representatives, those who may be a Party to an ADR matter, and to other ADR practitioners wishing to understand the procedures of ADR formats. These seminars are available both within the United Kingdom and Internationally.
Robert Shawyer is often appointed by professional bodies such as the Royal Instutute of British Architects (RIBA), Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CInstCES), Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE), Institute of Strutura Engineers (IStructE) to provide seminars to their members.
